We were hired to create a simple low maintenance design for a home in Clarksburg, Maryland. This is the design we came up with for our customer. The screen room is 20' wide by 12' deep. The decking is
Fiberon Horizon IPE low maintenance decking to be installed with hidden fasteners. The columns, posts, and railings are all made up of Shoreline White Vinyl handrail system. The shingles, soffits, and gutters are all installed to match the house. A Patio beneath allows the home owner to have two exterior spaces to entertain and spend time with family.
